At US Precision Mold, we handle the design, build and first shot of all forms of injection molds. Our product scope includes, but is not limited to plastics, rubber, die cast and metal injection to name a few. Our design and manufacturing groups produce the highest quality, closest tolerance molds in the business, often holding measurements to 0.0005” or closer when necessary.

Along with our new injection mold building, we also offer a very broad range of custom machining including CNC milling, lathe work and wire and sinker EDM jobs.

Our staff gets involved with project early offering up front design consulting, design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost reduction strategies all included when US Precision build your company’s tooling.

USPM offers a full service/maintenance department for your injection molds. Whether the tool was built here or at another manufacturer, we have the most experience repair, maintenance personnel to help keep your company’s tooling in production.

From simple repair, cleaning, preventative maintenance to reverse engineering damaged components for replacement; our team can get the tool in and out quickly and cost effectively, extending the life of your mold and keeping your lost production time to a minimum.
