Steven Hatch
Along with being a principle owner, Steve
handles US Precisions scheduling, quoting and overall
project management. Bringing 26 years of experience
Steve splits his time between the office and shop floor
helping in all aspects of manufacturing. Steve started
his career primarily as a mold maker and has a background
in progressive stamping dies, eventually he moved into
a management role.
Steve has worked with companies such as
Coors Brewing Company, Excelerated Mold Group and Southwest
Tooling in the Front Range area of Colorado. Steve was
born in Missouri and moved to Colorado in 1987, he now
lives in Arvada with his family.
Jeffrey Hazlett
Jeff is one of the most experienced and
talented toolmakers/mold closers in the business. With
over 25 years of mold closing experience he is a vital
part to the success of the company, handling some aspect
of every new tool that leaves the facility.
Jeff has worked in the Front Range for
companies such as Excelerated Mold Group, Omega Mold
and Custom Molding. Jeff runs and is responsible for
all the manufacturing departments of USPM, concentrating
on quality, delivery and efficiency.
James Almroth
Using his 20+ years experience in the
injection molding and die casting industry, Jim runs
the Engineering department at US Precision Mold. Handling
all aspects of the Computer Aided Drafting and Computer
Aided Machining, Jim uses the software tools to create
high level programs that keep our manufacturing floor
efficient and flowing.
Originally from Ohio, Jim spent the beginning
of his career in the tough Midwest automotive market.
Jim and his family moved to Colorado in 1999 to settle
into Rocky Mountain lifestyle.
Debbie Burry
Debbie has been in the financial services
industry for 20 years and has spent the better part
of the last 15 in the injection mold business handling
the office administration, accounting, purchasing and
human resources responsibilities for companies. Her
vast background in the injection molding business makes
her an invaluable resource to the company.
